Business Intelligence Developers ...
Gencentric is seeking a BI Developer/Team Lead with strong project management, technical analysis and coding skills.
The successful Candidate is required to have strong verbal and written communication skills. Candidate must be highly motivated, detail-oriented, and posses a logical thought-process.

An undergraduate degree in Computer Science, an MCDBA or MCITP(Business Intelligence) certification would be an advantage.
Technical skills required include:
- Must have experience using SQL Server 2000/2005 with strong skills in report development and T-SQL programming
- Experience with Reporting Services, Analysis Services, DTS/SSIS and data warehousing is also required
- Previous exposure to Visual Source Safe, Visual Studio .Net, and Visio are a must
- Ability to lead a team of software engineers in specs, design, testing, and implementation
- Enterprise experience in developing applications which use Sharepoint, BizTalk, UML is a major PLUS
Other responsibilities include:
- Consulting with clients
- Providing accurate development estimates for use in developing project schedules.
- Leading and participating in design and code inspections.
- Leading development and implementation of thorough unit and system test plans.
- Acting as a team resource for technical questions or problem solving.
